Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
- The original proof of purchase or order number must be included
- Custom or special order items cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Please note: Due to the delicate nature of lighting products, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of installation attempts or have damaged components from improper handling.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Include the completed return form (see template below) and your order confirmation.

Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

For exchanges (subject to availability):

- Clearly indicate on your return form the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Products without original packaging or with missing components

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
