Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ceiling lights, desk lamps, floor lamps, or table lamps. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• You include the original proof of purchase or order number
• The item shows no signs of installation attempts or damage from improper handling

2. Package Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable service with insurance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.
